Thamai, Thailand, May 3-Cambodia's newly formed government is "a goverment in name only" and the country is being ruled by the five men led by Communist Party Secretary General Salot Sar, according to the first Khmer Rouge cadre known to have defected to Thailand. The defector Lt Pech Lim Kuon said in an interview that he was the former fighter pilot in the U.S. backed air force whom bombed the palce of then President Lon Nol in late 1973, then flew to the jungle to join the Khmer Rouge rebels.
