After 30 years of war, the Vietnamese people greatly pease so that they can concentrate their force on rebuilding. However, an independent and sovereign Vietnam which maintains relations of friendship and cooperation with other countries in the world, constitutes the biggest obstacle to hegemonism nurtured by an asian power.
