Foreign Minister Pichai Rattakul is waiting for a formal reply from Cambodian Deputy Premier Ieng Sary on high-level meeting to discuss new fields of diplomatic and other co-operation between the two countries. Pichai told newsmen yesterday that shortly after the Seni Pramoj goverment was given a vote of confidence from the House, the Foreign Ministry formally contacted the Cambodian authorities through the liaison office in Poipet to arrange a meeting tetween the new Foreign Minister and Ieng Sary.
