Summary / Abstract :
|
A group of 126 Cambodian refugees, including more than 70 servicemen, announced here today that it was returning to Cambodia. A first group of 45 was due to leave Paris tomorrow via Peking for Phnom Penh. Among the refugees were 55 navy officers and sailors who charged that they were "forcibly evacuated by reactionary generals" the day Phnom Penh fell to Khmer Rouge forces, April 17, 1975, and were "parked in camps" in the United States.
