Yin Nat, train worker, conceded that Pann Chea, Chief of car mechanic of Train Unit, was Ieng Seiha's network who had been assigned to find out Khmer Rouge network in 1968. In June 1975, Pann Chea nominated his network to destroy train spare parts continuously.
ឈ្មោះ យិន ណាត កម្មកររថភ្លើង បានឆ្លើយថាៈ ឈ្មោះ ប៉ាន់ ជា ប្រធានបចេ្ចកទេសជួសជុលរថយន្ដនៅអង្គភាពរថភ្លើង ជាខ្សែរយៈ អៀង សីហា ដើររកបណ្ដាញខ្មែរក្រហមនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៦៨។ នៅខែ៦ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ប៉ាន់ ជា បានចាត់តាំងបក្ខពួកឱ្យបំផ្លាញគ្រឿងម៉ាស៊ីន ជួសជុលរថភ្លើងជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់។
