Camrade Teng Ying-Chao, member of the CCP Central Committee and vice-chairman of the NPC Stading Committee of the PRC, arrived in Phnom Penh by special plane in the afternoon of 18th January 1978 for a friendship visit to Democratic Cambodia at the invitation of the KPC, the Cambodian people's representative assembly and Government of Democratic Cambodia.
