For more than two years, the Cambodian armed forces have conducted systematic, premeditrated and centralized armed attacks against Vietnamese territory in the Vietnam-Cambodia border region, perpatrating numberous savage crimes, seriously deteriorating the border situation between the two countries and worsening bilateral relations.
