On 31st December 1977 the SRV Government issue a statement on the Vietnam-Cambodia border problem. Public opinion in many countries throughout the world has syspathized with and unreservedly supported they just position of our Government and condemned the Cambodian reactionaries actions of encroaching upon our territory and their extremely barbarous crimes against our people.
