On 30 January Uppadit Pachariyangkun, the Thai Foreign Minister, accompanied by Aphon Siphiphat. Prok Amarann, Winyum Angkhanarak, and other members of the Thai delegation called on Ieng Sary, Deputy Premier for Foreign Affair, Uppadit Pachariyangkun expressed his joy at the opportunity to pay an official friendship visit to democratic Cambodia.
