Details of atrocities against Vietnamese civilians by Cambodian armed forces were given at a press conference in Ho Chi Minh city today. The violations, of an incrisingly serious nature, occurred between 1st January and 20th January from Kien Giang province north of Gia Lai-Cong Tum.
