Summary / Abstract :
|
In their policy against Vietnam-their so-called "No. 1 enemy"-the Cambodian authorities have invented many fairy tales. For instance, they have claimed that Vietnam attacked Cambodia in order to pillage rice and to force Cambodia into an Indochinese federation. Moreover, they have slanderously accused Vietnam of subversive activities and interference in Cambodia's internal affairs. This is merely an attempt to confound history.
