Yoan Yy, solder of interrogation group of office S-21, carried out anti-revolutionary act through his activities of carelessly interrogating prisoners, not carefully sending enemy's document to the Angkar and had in mind to flee into Vietnam.
ឈ្មោះ យាន់ ឃី យុទ្ធជនក្រុមសួរចំលើយមន្ទីរ ស-២១។ បាន ធ្វើសកម្មភាពប្រឆាំងនឹងអង្គការបដិវត្ដន៍ដោយមិនសូវយកចិត្ដ ទុកដាក់ក្នុងការសួរ, មិនគិតគូររៀបឯកសារខ្មាំងទៅអោយអង្គការ ហើយមាគំនិតរត់ទៅយួន។
