Summary / Abstract :
|
The Cambodian statement accuses the Vietnamese of being on a rice-pillaging mission to relieve the food shortages in Vietnam. The Vietnamese are also accused of [plotting to overthrow the Government in Phnom Penh and to attempt forcibly to integrate Cambodia into an Indochinese federation. Cambodia has also charged that certain unnamed «European advisers» are assisting the Vietnamese on the battlefield. (p:3)
