United Nations, N.Y, Jan. 10 (AP). -Vietnam said in a statement issued here today that up to Friday «about two battlions of» of Cambodian troops still occupied Vietnamese territory. The statement said that Cambodia must withdraw all its forces from Vietnam «and enter at an early date into negotiations to settle the border problem between the two countries».
