Khuon Suy aka Sim, Deputy Secretary of Battalion 124, Division 310, confessed that on April 25, 1976, Saut, cadre of Battalion, Division 310, attended the meeting and received plots from Oeun and Voeung, cadre of Division. In June 1976, Saut attended the meeting and received a plot from Oeun and Voeung once again to prepare anti-party forces in September 1976 and attack targets and to defend the city after the liberation.
ឈ្មោះ ឃួន ស៊ុយ ហៅ ស៊ីម អនុលេខាវរសេនាតូច ១២៤ កងពល ៣១០ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សូត កម្មាភិបាលវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៣១០ ថា នៅថ្ងៃ២៥-៤-១៩៧៦ សូត បានចូលរួមប្រជុំ ទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីឈ្មោះ អឿន និង វឿង កម្មាភិបាលកងពល។ នៅខែ៦-៧៦ សូត បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពី អឿន និង វឿង ម្ដងទៀតពីការរៀបចំទ័ពវាយបក្សនៅខែ៩-១៩៧៦ និងពីការរៀបចំមុខសញ្ញាប្រយុទ្ធនិងការការពារក្រុងក្រោយ ពេលរំដោះ។
