Khuon Suy aka Sim, deputy security of battalion 124, division 310, confessed to the fact of Soeun, Khann and Choeun, secretaries of Big Cell, Battalion 124, Division 310. In February 1976, he set the plots for the three to decrease a half can of rice from each soldier, to collect ammunition and medicine to be used for revolutionary attack.
