Khuon Suy aka Sim, Deputy Secretary of Battalion 124, Division 310, confessed that in February 1976, Soeun and Choeun, secretary of Company, Battalion 124, Division 310, attended the treacherous meeting to decrease a half can of rice from each soldier and to mobilize weapons, ammunition and medicine to prepare for counter-revolutionary attack.
