Khuon Suy aka Sim, Deputy Secretary of Battalion 124, Division 310, confessed that in July 1974, Sen, [member of]Logistics of Battalion 122, Regiment 12, Division 310, attended the treasonous meeting with him to inspect the process of building up the previous traitorous forces, of destroying the revolutionary forces and of receiving plots to destroy properties, to burn down houses and factoriews,and to prepare for an attak on the party in 1976.
ឈ្មោះ ឃួន ស៊ុយ ហៅ ស៊ីម អនុលេខាវរសេនាតូច ១២៤ កងពល ៣១០ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សែន ភស្ដុភាវរសេនាតូច ១២២ វរសេនាធំ ១២ កងពល ៣១០ថា នៅខែ៧ ១៩៧៤ សែន បាន ចូលរួមប្រជុំក្បត់ជាមួយវាពិនិត្យសកម្មភាពកសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់កន្លងមក ពិនិត្យសកម្មភាពបំផ្លាញកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដនិងទទួលផែនការក្បត់បំផ្លាញ សម្ភារៈ ដុតផ្ទះនិងរោងចក្រនិងត្រៀមវាយបក្សនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦។
