Khuon Suy aka Sim, Deputy Secretary of Battalion 124, Division 310, confessed to the fact of San, Soldier of Small Cell, Regiment 12. San was convinced for a long time, and took the responsibility for training network the military strategy so as to prepare for anti-revolutionary attack, as planned by the Kampuchean Labor Party.
