Summary / Abstract :

Reading a settlement of the border conflict, Vietnam and Kampuchea have adopted completely different stands. The Kampuchea authority accuses Vietnam of aggression. Vietnam proposed on 5th February that an immediate end be put to all hostile military activities in the border region and that the armed forces of each party be stationed within their respective territory 5 km from the border.
