On 13th April Ieng Sary, Cambodian Deputy Premier for Foreign Affairs, recieved Rakotofiringa, the Lamagasy Ambassador to the PRC, and his colleagues. A number of foreign ministry cadres were present. Ieng Sary and Rakotofiringa discussed procedures aimed at further strengthening and explanding the bonds of furthership and co-operation between the two countries.
