Text of commentary by Hanoi radio's commentator. On 12th April the premier of Democratic Kampuchea, Pol Pot said that Vietnam's appeal to the Cambodian side to hold negotiations in order to solve the problems concerning the relations between the two countries was a deceitful manoeuvre. Pol Pot said that for its part Democratic Cambodia only wanted to live peacefull within its current borders and always hoped to have friendly ties with all its neighbours.
