Since 6th January 1978, when our heroic army and people drove the Vietnamese aggressors back to their soil, the expansionit, annexation Vietnamese have unceasingly continued their activities of encroachment and provocation against Cambodian territory while clamouring about «peaceful negotiations» and «special friendship and special solidarity with Cambodia».
