កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Khut Heng aka Nai, secretary of tank unit, and Khoun Suy aka Sim, deputy secretary of battalion 124, division 310, confessed that Han, chief of special battalion, division 450 accepted traitorous plan from Suong was arrested to strike the party during the Anniversary in October 1975. Moreover, Han served in activities of destroying the revolutionary forces, and [he/she]then accepted plan from C.I.A to expand hidden forces extremely, to provoke people and base chiefs into having conflict, to devastate the Angkar' s properties, to kill cadres and combatants, who did not agree to join the New Kampuchea Worker Party, and to prepare to strike the party in April 1976.
