Hanoi radio's Cambodian service broadcast a confession by captured Cambodian solider, (? Neou Net). Introducing it, the radio said: «The Cambodian authorities have continued falsely to accuse Vietnam of committing agression against Cambodia while in fact it is the Cambodian power holders who have ordered their armed forces to launch systematic attacks on Vietnamese territory and perpetrate untold crises against the Vietnamese border population.
