Hanoi radio's english service broadcast the first part of a talk by a polish journalist, Monika Warnenska, who had concluded her 10th visit to Vietnam. She had intended to write about Vietnam's enconomic reconstruction but had spent all her time in the South-Western border provinces because of the conflict with Cambodia.
