កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Khum Chheang confessed that after involving himself in a battlefield for a week, Chheang had the plots to hold a meeting and stage demonstration led by Ta Chey, Ta Chamreun, Sokh, Huot Se, in Traey Sla sub-district, near sub-district office of Meng, district 16, region 25. The plan was held to persuade people of Traey Sla sub-district, Talun sub-district, Kean Svay district, Prek Ambel sub-district, Sa-ang district. The aim of the meeting was to hinder the party's storm attack plans in 1973, to prepare for defense group and strengthen their bases, to preserve the old regime which had capitalist and markets, and kept individual lifestyle. There were 14 people joining the meeting.
ឈ្មោះ ឃុំ ឈាង បានសារភាពថាបន្ទាប់ពីខ្លួនចូលសមរភូមិបានមួយ អាទិត្យ ក៏មានផែនការរៀបចំប្រជុំធ្វើបាតុកម្ម១ ដែលដឹកនាំរួមដោយ តាជៃ, តាចំរើន, សុខ, ហួត សេ នៅឃុំត្រើយស្លា ម្ដុំមន្ទីរឃុំ របស់ឈ្មោះម៉េងក្នុងស្រុក ១៦ តំបន់ ២៥។ ផែនការពេលប្រជុំ មានដូចជាចលនាប្រជាជននៅឃុំត្រើយស្លា ឃុំតាលុន ស្រុក កៀនស្វាយ ឃុំព្រែកអំបិល ស្រុកស្អាងជាដើន។ ផែនការនៃការ ប្រជុំនេះគឺមានគោលបំណងពំបាក់ផែនការវាយសំរុករបស់បក្សនៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៣ ហើយឱ្យខ្មាំងរៀបចំកម្លាំងការពារនិងពង្រឹងទីតាំងរបស់ខ្លួន រក្សាររបបចាស់ឱ្យមាននាយទុនចេញចូលមានផ្សារលក់ដូរ និងការរស់ នៅរបស់ប្រជាជននៅដោយឯកជនរៀងៗខ្លួន។ ក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំនោះ មានមនុស្សចំនួន ១៤នាក់ចូលរួម។
