Yesterday, on 15th April 1978, the representative of our union workers, co-operative peasants and the three categories of the Cambodian revolutionary army the ground, naval and air forces-totalling approxmately 20,000 people, got together in Phnom Penh to hold a solemn great meeting the third anniversary of the extremely wounderful 17th April victory and the birth of glorious Democratic Cambodia.
