The Pol Pot-Ieng Sary clique of traitors are directly dipping their hands in the blood of the Kampuchean and Vietnamese peoples. But the bigger criminal, the main culprit, is the Chinese rulers who are runing down the road of expansionism, and are full of hegemonist ambitions. The communist party newspaper "Nhan Dan" comes to this conclusion today in its editorial titled «The main culprit of the massacre of the Kampuchean people and of war against Vietnam».
