On 5th June, 1978, the Vietnamese government issued a statement allowing Chinese ships, after a complying with procedures in force under current laws and regulations of Vietnam concerning foreign ships entering Vietnamese ports, from 20th June 1978 to enter Vietnamese designted by the Vietnamese side informed the Chinese side of its readiners to acepet a working team from China in Vietnam in order to disuss contrete questions relating to arrangements for departure of the Hoa who wish to leave.
