The NCNA reported briefly and without comment on 30th June (in English 0120 amt) that Vietnam's application to join the CMEA had been approved at the 32nd session of the CMEA in Bacharest the NCNA also notes a Tanjug dispath queting some est European delegation to the session as saying that the majority of the CMEA member states were not informed in advance of Vietnam's application.
