The Cambodian Foreign Ministry on Monday denied responsibility for incidents with neighbouring countries, reports AFP. A communique to broadcast on the radio, which failed to name the countries involved said Cambodia had never committed aggression against any country throughout. Its history but had itself became the object of neo-colonialist, fascist imperialist and reactionary agression and had over the centures lost serveral portion of its territory.
