A big meeting was held in Phnom Penh, capital of Kampuchea, on January 16 celebrate the ninth anniversary of the founding of the Kampuchea Revolutionary Army. Chairman of the permanent committee of the people's congress of Kampuchea and acting Prime Minister of the government Noun Chea addressed the meeting. He reviewed the history of the Revolutionary Army and declared its future militant tasks.
