Refugee's denounciation of Pol Pot regime on 17th August Hanoi home service broadcast (1100 gmt) a statement by a man from Svay Rieng province in Cambodia who had fled to Vietnam on 11 th July. He said in his statement: «since its seizure of power, net only has the Pol Pot-Ieng Sary-Son Sen quisling clique resorted to a brutal coercive policy which tramples underfoot the right to live and the basic freedoms of our Cambodian people, but it has also killed and tortured innocent people without trail and in the absence of laws. This is the most brutal dictatorial and fascist policy in the history of Cambodia.
