Summary / Abstract :
|
The savage massacre of 30 Thai villagers along the Cambodian border on January 28 remains shrouded in mystery. On February 1 the Thai government delivered a formal protest note to the Cambodian authorities through their respective frontier liaison officials prospecting at the alleged attack by Khmer Rouge Forces, which it called "Inhuman and a serious breach of civilised international law and morality," and demanding campensation for the loss of lives and damage to property.
