Khmer Rouge soldiers burnt down a bridge in the Ohbok Valley in Ban Kruad District of this northeast province earlier this week and were massing troops in an apparent bid to attack Thai government positions. In an official report sent to Bangkok, police superintendent Pol Col Niyom Vatchanalay said. This was the fourth bridge burnt down by the Khmer Rouge forces in the district which directly borders Cambodian.
