The victorious Khmer Rouge in Cambodia will attempt to eventually export its brand of totalitarianism to Thailand and Burma, according to Chhang Song, a former Information Minister under outed Cambodian President Lon Nol. He spoke last week on the second anniversary of the fall of Phnom Penh to communist forces to an overflow crowd at the University of Hawaii. The public siminar was sponsored by the East-West Center Participants Association.
