Vienna, april 21: The Secretary Generaly of the International Commission of Jurists on Wednesday comdemned what he called massacres and a reign of terror in Uganda, reports Reuter. Speaking here at the opening of the 25th anniversary meeting of the International Legal Body. The British Secretary-General, Mr. Niall MacDeot said that the regime which has controlled Cambodia since 1973, marked by massacre, regimentation and oppression unparalleled even in this dread decade.
