Vung Loeng aka Than, member of Platoon, Division 164, confessed that Sim, base person in Baray Village, Prek Koy Sub-district, Kang Meas District, joined the CIA in September 1973 and reported from the liberated areas to Sarat, member of Regiment 124. After April 17, 1975, Sim convinced new people and soldiers at Del mountain to join forces at any time when there was a demonstration at Muk Kampoul in November 1975.
ឈ្មោះ វង់ ឡឹង ហៅ ថន អនុសេនាតូច កងពល ១៦៤ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ស៊ីម ប្រជាជនចាស់នៅភូមិបារាយណ៍ ឃុំព្រែកកុយ ស្រុកកងមាសថា ស៊ីម ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅខែ៩-៧៣ ហើយយក ការណ៍ពីតំបន់រំដោះទៅរាយការណ៍ឱ្យឈ្មោះ សារ៉ាត វរសេនាធំ ១២៤។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ ស៊ីម បានទៅទាក់ទងជាមួយ ប្រជាជនថ្មីនិងទាហាននៅភ្នំដិលដើម្បីជាកម្លាំងនៅពេលផ្ទុះបាតុកម្ម នៅមុខកំពូលខែ១១-១៩៧៥។
