I am quite serious: Why doesn't congress authorize the money to finance an international military force to overrun Cambodia? That forces should comprise primarily Asians-Thai, notably, but also Malaysians, Filipinos, Taiwanese, Japanese. Detachments from north Vietnam and China should be permitted, and taken representatives from voluntary units of other countries that are signatories to the Genocide convention and to the Various protocols on humanrights.
