For a little more than a month now, owning to the sudden closure of all border crossing points by the Chinese side, thousands of Hoa people who have been agitaded and incited by the Chinese side to leave Vietnam have been congesting the areas around various Vietnam-China border crossing points, where they have had to live under extremely miserable conditions and have been exposed to the danger of disease.
