A people liberation army band struggled though some unfamiliar Bizet and Berlioz at a 600-guest banquest for visiting French Premier Raymond Barre. China's vice premier, Teng Hsiao-ping, paid a state visit to Burma, this first trip a broad since he amerged as Peking's No.3 man last July. Phan Hien, Vietnam's deputy foriegn minister and chief deplomatic troubleshooter was in Peking on a delicate mission. Teng Ying-chao, 75, the revered widow of Pemier Cho En-lai departed on a good - will visit to Cambodia and returned to Peking unexpectedly on time to great Barre.
