The Vietnamese troops who invaded Cambodia two months ago have now almost totally withdrawn or been driven out of the eight major base area they eastablished inside Cambodia after the December invasion, authoritative sources say. The only major fighting inside Cambodia now is the northern province, Ratanakiri, where the antagonists have swept back and forth cross the border several times.
