Voal Sapon and Man Sambo confessed that Put Kim Seng, a military police, joined the CIA through Tit Kung's network in 1966. After contacting Kolap Sarit Seila and Phet Bun Lim, Kim Seng disguised himself as a worker in order to spy out information at power plant 2. Later on, Kim Seng reconnected his old network. After Angkar pulled Tit Kung out, Kim Seng conspired to receive Sophuong Bopha and Sambo's plots to destroy machines' spare parts.
ឈ្មោះ វាល់ សាប៉ុន និង ម៉ន សំបូ បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ ពុត គឹមសេង ជាប៉េអឹម ចូលសេអ៊ីអាក្នុងខ្សែទិត គង់តាំងពីឆ្នាំ១៩៦៦។ មានការទាក់ទងជាមួយកុលាប សារិតសីលានិងភេទ ប៊ុនលឹម មកបន្លំធ្វើកម្មករយកការណ៍នៅអគ្គិសនីទី២ ហើយបានទទួលផែនការ ពីអ៊ុំ ចំរើន ឱ្យធ្វើបាតុកម្មទាមទាកុមារនិងបំផ្លាញម៉ាស៊ីន។ ក្រោយមក គឹម សេង បានភ្ជាប់ខ្សែចាស់វិញ។ ពេលអង្គការដក ទិត គង់ ចេញ គឹម សេងបានចូលរួមទទួលផែនការពី សូ ភួងបូផា និងសំបូរ ឱ្យកំទេចគ្រឿងម៉ាស៊ីន។
