Voal Sapon confessed that Sam Kan, a former worker, received the indoctrination of Phet Bun Lim, Um Chamreun and Ou Sarun, to counter the revolution. In June 1975, Sam Kan had the links with his old network at power plant 2 and received a plot to demonstrate in demand for children being taken care by their won and to accept Um Chamreun's plans to destroy machines' spare parts.
ឈ្មោះ វាល់ សាប៉ុន បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ សំ កន ជាកម្មករចាស់ ធ្លាប់ទទួលការអប់រំពីភេទ ប៊ុនលឹម, អ៊ុម ចំរើននិងអ៊ូ សារុន ឱ្យប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ។ ខែ៦-១៩៧៥ សំ កន បានភ្ជាប់ខ្សែចាស់វិញ នៅអគ្គិសនីទី២ ហើយបានទទួលផែនការធ្វើបាតុកម្មទាមទារកុមារ និងផែនការបំផ្លាញម៉ាស៊ីនពីអ៊ុំ ចំរើនរហូតមក។
