Voal Sapon conceded that Huy Siek Hong was a former worker and network of Seng Veng. In July 1975, Siek Hong linked with Seng Veng’s network and also accepted a plot for staging a demand for Children’s right. After the acceptance of the plot from Um Chamraen, they destroyed a machine.
ឈ្មោះ វាល់ សាប៉ុន បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ ហ៊ុយ សៀកហុង ជាកម្មករចាស់និងជាមនុស្សរបស់សេង វ៉េង។ ខែ៧-១៩៧៥ សៀកហុង បានភ្ជាប់ខ្សែជាមួយសេង វ៉េង និងទទួលផែនការឱ្យ ធ្វើបាតុកម្មទាមទារកុមារ។ ក្រោយមកទទួលផែនការពីអ៊ុំ ចំរើន ឱ្យបំផ្លាញម៉ាស៊ីន។
