Summary / Abstract :
|
The wrost violators of human rights in the world today, according to President Carter, is the Cambodian government. Genocide in Cambodia should be the No.1 human-right issue in the world today, I can not help wondering why many good Americans and conscientious leaders from all phases of the American community continue to act as if genocide in Cambodia did not exist or, having admitted that it exists, ralationalize that there is nothing that can be done about it anyway so why talk about it or condemn it.
