Toek Seng Eng, chief of railroad repairing technicians, conceded that he indoctrinated Mon, worker of train unit to be treacherous to the party. After that, Mon built up Phal, combatant, and assigned him to hate [the revolution] and to rebel against base authority.
ឈ្មោះ តឹក សេងអេង ប្រធានបចេ្ចកទេសជួសជុលផ្លូវដែក បាន ឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ ម៉ុន កម្មកររទេះភើ្លង ជាមនុស្សដែលខ្លួនកសាងឱ្យក្បត់បក្សបាន។ ក្រោយមក ម៉ុន បានកសាងយុទ្ធជនម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ ផល ហើយឱ្យ ផល ជួយដើរឃោសនាបំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យស្អប់ និងបះ- បោរប្រឆាំងរដ្ឋអំណាចមូលដ្ឋាន។
