Toek Seng Eng, Chief of Railroad Repairing Technicians, confessed that Sakk, Former Worker at Prey Torting, district was his treacherous network pre April 17, 1975. Up to now, the connection was still unchanged. Sakk bore the responsibility for expanding network and convincing people to rebel against the revolutionary authority.
ឈ្មោះ តឹក សេងអេង ប្រធានបចេ្ចកទេសជួសជុលផ្លូវដែក បាន ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សាក់ កម្មករចាស់នៅព្រៃទទឹងថាៈ ជាខ្សែរយៈក្បត់ របស់ខ្លួនតាំងពីមុនថ្ងៃ១៧ មេសា ១៩៧៥។ ឡូវភ្ជាប់ខ្សែរយៈ ជាមួយ គ្នាដដែលហើយ សាក់ មានតួនាទីកសាងកម្លាំងសម្រាប់ បំផុសបំផុលឱ្យប្រជាជនបះបោះរប្រឆាំងរដ្ឋអំណាចបដិវត្ដ។
