Tol Phan, 35, joined the C.I.A in 1968 and worked at technical association in 1973, and Catholic relegion in 1974. After April 17, 1975, Phan was a network of Hao Thouren and Tit Kung and conducted activities in spreading propaganda toward the revolutionary Angkar by protesting about the working time. The Angkar made his arrest in December 24, 1975.
ឈ្មោះ តុល ផាន អាយុ ៣៥ ឆ្នាំ បានចូលសេអ៊ីអា នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៦៨ និងចូលសមាគមអ្នកបចេ្ចកទេសឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៣។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ចូលសាសនាកាតុលិក។ ក្រោយ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ ផាន នៅក្នុងខ្សែរយៈ ហោ ធូរេននិងទិតគង់ ហើយបានធ្វើសកម្មភាព ឃោសនាវាយប្រហាអង្គការបដិវត្ដ តវ៉ាពេលវេលាធ្វើការ។ ផាន ត្រូវបានអង្គការចាប់ខ្លួនថ្ងៃទី២៤-១២-១៩៧៥។
